Description of Work: I bought 16 windows. They were installed poorly and leaked air and water. I called them and it took them 15 days to respond. I hired another to make repairs which stopped the water leaks. Now the windows make noise.

+ -1 moreThey called previously. Four days ago, it was delivered. I call them because somebody made a mistake in the scheduling. The materials didn't get delivered on time. They remedied the job, as far as apologizing. It was delivered today. The materials were there, but I paid for the delivery of materials.
Description of Work: I use Lowe's to get my flooring done.
