Description of Work: Scheduled a move from Troy to Waco

Description of Work: Contacted Lift to hire some help loading a U-Haul truck with furniture. The two gentlemen who showed up were very professional, polite and helpful. However, one of them wore gloves which had grease on them and they got grease on almost every surface of our living room furniture which is barely even six months old. We did not notice until after we got to our destination and unloaded the truck. Certainly not intentional. However, when I tried to contact Lift to talk to them about the issue, I had a great deal of difficulty getting them on the phone and after leaving numerous messages about the issue, I was never contacted. Ended up incurring a charge to have the furniture professionally cleaned that was as much as what I paid for the service. I was very disappointed in the service after the sale. That being said, I don't know if I'd use them again for that reason alone. They need to drastically improve their service and professional handling of issues. As for the two young men, I'd gladly use them again in a heartbeat.
