I had to completely replace the sod in my yard because this company failed to take care of it. I tried numerous times to contact them with my concerns as I was informed early on that the yard was failing. It was in great shape when I hired them, and I signed up for the fertilization plan that they recommended based on the condition of the yard. Emails and phone calls were not answered for weeks. Company would not stand behind their guarantee even though they admitted dropping the ball. Stay away from this company.!!!

After 2 weeks of no contact from my initially request for a quote I called and was told my request basically fell through the cracks. They were very apologetic and told me they would take care of it right away. I received a quote to mow the very next day and accepted it. They informed me they would be in contact to schedule the service. I was never contacted and came home one day to my front lawn being mowed but not the back. I received the invoice a week or so later and called to complain about only partial service being performed. Again they were very apologetic and had a team come out the next day to do both the front and back yard, and they sent me a quote for weed control. Still no quote for tree trimming service. The service provided was good, and any time I spoke directly with them they were very kind and professional but with their lack of organization and inability to follow through on calling to schedule I will not be using them again nor would I recommend them.

The owner told me that they would not only mow my lawn, but they would trim hedges, weed eat and other maintenance like hauling off some stuff. They did such a horrible job mowing that I had to go out the next morning and redo it, and I have arthritis! Plus, they never trimmed my hedges or hauled anything off, even though the owner and I had made previous arrangements. He said he would be out at 8 am this morning, an hour has gone by and not even a phone call.

He comes twice a month and usually Thursdays in the morning. I think they do more carpet. Everything is online, if you want something done for you, submit it and they reply with a quote.

I chose them because of the price. I can't find anybody else that is cheaper and more efficient.
