+ -1 moreThe inspection was very informative and thorough. Mr. Lauderdale pointed out where a hot spot existed in the circuit breaker - potential safety that is simple to fix. He checked all the appliances in the house and linked them to their product registration system in case of future recalls. He pointed out some areas where the efficiency of the HVAC system could be improved (more insulation in the attic, and a small leak in the duct work). He also gave us some tips on preventing potential damage to the home by cutting back a few bushes and trees and moving a stack of wood away from the house. The inspection gave us information needed to counter offer the price on the house and the confidence that the house was in good shape. I would highly recommend Horizon Inspection Services to other home buyers or sellers.
Description of Work: M, Lauderdale conducted an inspection of a house we were interested in buying. His inspection also included the sprinkler system.
