+ 4 moreTristan and Kara have worked on five rental properties for me since August 2013. One house in Woodway was a full remodel. They redid sheetrock, laid tile, refinished cabinets and countertops, installed inside doors, installed a french door, re-glazed windows and painted the exterior of the house. More recently, they've done a remodel of a couple of Waco rental houses. The latest was a complete rehab of the outside of a rental house which had a ton of rotten fascia wood, rotted window sills, rotted soffett, and broken asbestos shingles. It was a ton of work and they did a very nice job.
Description of Work: Replaced exterior rotted wood, fixed broken siding, scraped, pressure washed, and repainted
