 + -1 moreWhat a blessing it was to meet Melissa - she was so helpful and always willing to show us property - even with very short notice. She was very accommodating and considerate of our needs - as we were having to make 8 hour trips each time to look at houses. She went above and beyond typical real estate agent duties to help us out. After a very long and frustrating search and over a dozen showings later - we found our home! She was always on top of everything and made and pretty involved negotiation and closing go smoothly. We can't thank them enough!
Description of Work: Patricia Meadows and Melissa Bogusch were amazing. My husband and I were relocating back to the Waco area after living in SE Texas for several years. We consulted with a couple of real estate agents before coming across ERA Graceland. The service we were receiving compared to the service from ERA was night and day.
