Description of Work: I had gone through the displeasure of trying 3 real estate agents. The previous agents were interested in my good faith payment but not in working hard to find me houses that met my needs. Daniel not only showed me all the houses in my area he was willing to give me tax and school information. He didn't pass judgement on the houses or areas that I was looking in nor did he only show me listings his company had listed, which are problems that I ran into with other agents. He listened and has been on time in meeting me and very friendly everytime that I call with questions.
