They are very prompt, if possible they come the same day when you call them. They only do what they need to do. They tell you certain things that needed to be done but they don't try to tell you that your unit is old and it needs repair. They offer to do it if you want but it will still last a little longer.

They are a top notch company. They are honest, and they complete their job at the time they are supposed to.

We came home late in the afternoon to a hot house. I called to schedule an appointment and the lady in the office said she would try to contact the technician and see if he could come that day. He was in another city, but said if I wanted him, he would come that day. He came late that evening, fixed the unit (all on overtime), but did not charge me for the overtime. He was very efficient and worked very fast..He advised me that the unit was very old and not likely to last very much longer. He gave me a price for a new one if that was what I wanted or he would try to fix the old one. We chose to have the old one repaired at this time. I will certainly call them when the unit needs to be replaced, and will use them for repairs on our other two central units.

Rickey came out and check my old dryer to see if it could be fixed and it could not because we could not get parts. GE no longer carried parts for that model. After buying a new dryer Rickey order the conversion kit and came back and installed the kit and got the dryer running.
