The ladies at English Maids are fabulous! Lauren is great to work with. She is quick to respond and is diligent with attending to our needs. The ladies on the cleaning crew are also always awesome! They are professional, positive, and efficient. We have appreciated their business!

I've been using English Maids for about seven years, after I broke my wrist. They cleaned my house on a regular basis until my wrist healed. Since then, I've used them on an "as needed" basis. They do a excellent job whether you're a regular client, or an "as needed" client. They do a deep cleaning when I haven't had them for awhile. Ceiling fans, baseboards, plantation shutters, window sills, corner cobwebs, etc... All the women who have come to my home work hard and are very nice. When they're finished, my house looks and smells wonderful. I highly recommend English Maids!

I have used English Maids for years because they are great!! I love that they always come when promised and do a phenomenal job. They consistently offer high quality work that I can depend on...and that makes my life so much easier!! I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable company to assist with cleaning needs!!

I paid $150 for what they consider a "deep cleaning" which was supposed to be two hours. They never explained what they were or weren't going to do and what they charged extra for. Usually when I think of deep cleaning I think of normal cleaning plus extra. To start off I had my appointment set for Wednesday at 1pm-3pm. At 3 they still hadn't showed up so I called to find out what was going on. Lauren told me the previous appointment had ran over and they were on their way. I never once got a call to say "hey, were running late but we will be there as soon as we can." Then when they finally arrived they asked where to start and I said my room but please don't vacuum yet because my daughter is sleeping in the next room. They started at 3:25pm. 30 minutes after they started one of the ladies pulled out the vacuum and started vacuuming the carpet while my daughter was still sleeping. This is the full list of things they did. Dust, vacuum, change sheets, toilets, mirrors, tubs, ceiling fans, sweep, mop, dining table, counters, stove top, and sink. They "finished" and left at 5:05pm. Things they did NOT do; dust properly( there was still dust on ceiling fans, shades, and lights), dishes(they said that was $25 extra), laundry, vacuum properly(there was food still on the carpet all along the bottom of my daughters bed so they could clean her room(I woke her up when they started vacuuming my room)), wiping off the dining table(there was still food stuck on it). When I spoke with Lauren the next day to pay(they were closed by time they left) she asked how it went. When I told her what happened she said I'm sorry we didn't get to explain things properly. I paid $150 for a crap cleaning with a s*** excuse for an apology. I had a move out cleaning scheduled for December with them but after this I canceled it. I guess ill have to just do it myself. This put us back a lot of money and then I had to do it all properly myself!

They do a great job. I love coming home from work on the days they clean because my house is picked up and sparkling! We have dogs, so we accumulate Lots of dog hair! They do a great job of cleaning that up! It might seem silly, but I especially love how they fold the toilet paper into a cute little triangle. It makes me feel like I'm at a luxury hotel!

The team shows up on time and the owner is very accommodating. Our floors are so clean and the house feels nice.

English Maids has been very easy to work with. They are reliable, do good work, and are responsive to requests. I love the way my house feels after they have been there. They may not be the cheapest service around, but the quality of work is solid and I trust them in my home.

English Maids are outstanding. We called the owner and she walked through our house and talked to us. She showed us individually everything that would be done and what product they would use. It was a completely different experience than any of the others we called.

We have used them for 9 years. We had a new house, were pretty new to area and Kay was just beginning the company. They accidently broke a very thick coffee table glass and immediately got it replaced (it was NOT cheap either). They never cancel on us but we usually can reschedule if needed. They claim it's a 2 hour clean, but the girls really rush through and usually are finished in 1 hour. I do think they could do a better job on mopping the tile. Like someone else said, things are not put back in the original place, but that's minor to me. I've also noticed there isn't the really "clean" smell anymore when I come in. Disappointed in that. I hate to bring this to their attention, but what they charge us for every other week is extremely reasonable for a 2700 sq. ft. home. (please don't raise the price) I definitely would and have recommended English Maids.

It was an emergency and we had a house party, they very well squeezed in to regulate schedule and they were very efficient People came in for 2 hours. Our original plan was just to do the kitchen and bathroom but they did a lot more than expected.

Our family has used English Maids as our home cleaning service for several years. When we were looking for a cleaning service we required the company to be insured and provide their own supplies and equipment. Most of the other companies we interviewed didn't meet these requirements. I'm so glad we decided to use English Maids. The quality of service exceeds our expectations after every cleaning. We've developed a wonderful relationship with the people at English Maids over the years. Lauren is my go to person. She is always friendly, professional and attentive to our needs. Her employees are courteous, respectful, and efficient. Every time we have called with a concern or change in service, it has been handled immediately. I can't imagine using another cleaning service. If you're looking for a professional cleaning service that you can trust, call English Maids.

Overall the service was excellent. Living such a busy lifestyle it was great to come home to a spotless home. Can't beat the price, they send two people to clean at each visit. They have deep cleaned my house several times over the past several years. They arrived when scheduled and did an amazing job. When contacting Lauren at the office she is always very professional and proficient with providing prompt service. She then calls after the service to make sure the cleaning met my expectations. I highly recommend this service provider.

Great initial presentation. Big fee to do initial cleaning to bring my immaculate place up to their standards. But then every time I found things not done. The daughter Lauren was young and did not take constructive criticism well. Too many things not done and I felt not cleaned. Same stain around the toilet has been there since the last cleaning. Every time it was something and that was too stressful. I also had to spend 30 min after each cleaning putting things back in order. I felt she was not spending enough time, but when I asked for the exact times spent on my cleanings I was avoided and never got the information. I live in an immaculate 1500 sq ft apartment and pay $119 every other week. If the person they send rushes through in 2 hours, that's a ridiculous fee for their work. I'm firing them and suggest you not give them the chance to take advantage of you.
