D & D came out within a few hours of my contacting them. They were able to do it within the day rate time frame, even though they could have said it would be an emergency call after hours (I did not call them until about 3:00). I'd had 2 other techs from other companies out the same day and both recommended a new compressor, while D&D did not. I like that the company texted me David's picture and qualifications, which are impressive. David fixed the a/c and was very professional and courteous. This is my new go-to air conditioning service.

David from the D and D Waco location did a great job servicing our older HVAC unit. It is older but we were not prepared to buy a new one yet. David was able to clean ours of build-up causing airflow issues and also changed a couple of air ducts to improve the airflow to the room of my parents. Could not be happier with the results and improved airflow. Hoping this one will last a few more years but when we are ready for a new unit, I will not hesitate to call David.

David was very responsive, came out the same day. We were under contract and the buyers home inspector noticed a small leak in the kitchen ceiling. David immediately identified the problem and corrected it in a timely manner. He provided a detailed estimate, and even included an additional letter to provide to the buyers describing the overall condition of the cooling system. His prompt service and expert knowledge facilitated a very smooth process at closing.

David performed duct work in our home to help with air flow issues we were experiencing. He was timely, professional, and very knowledgeable about his work. David was extremely professional, polite, and honest. After the initial quote, he was responsive and was able to get us scheduled for a complete central air replacement within a week.
