Andy's team is the best! They are all very professional and consistently do great work. We hired them not knowing anyone in Waco at the time, and they did an excellent job the first time and then we re-hired them to do additional work because of their outstanding work ethic, timing, work product and friendliness. I would never hire anyone but this team to do anything around my home. Andy always shows up when he says he will or he calls if there are any issues. Constantly checks on his team and has very responsible employees.

He was quick to respond with a quote. He kept me posted on when he could start and there were no delays. It was completed in a very timely fashion Workers were professional and the end product was excellent. I would definitely use him again if I had another project.

Andy Perez gave us a timeline and actually kept it! And it was very quick! He was here almost every single day! He made sure every detail was taken care of, even when I changed a few things midway, he handled it quickly and professionally! His crew was awesome! They came they worked, they kept my place clean and they worked hard. Andy is a true professional! We have already hired him to continue our remodel! And we have already referred him as well!

Andy keeps it all running smoothly. He always calls when he finds out information regarding the project. Clear on price and scheduling. Couldn’t have fixed the place up without him and his crew.

As far as I am concerned, Andy Perez is the best contractor in Waco. He is honest, professional, punctual, and great to work with. I had very specific needs regarding restoration of my family's Victorian home, and Andy was exceptional with every detail of the project. He went above and beyond to make this happen. His work and all of his subcontractors were great. I could not be more pleased.

The new windows are wonderful and a great improvement. I had wanted to do just this set right now not only because I had to but to see the quality of the windows and installation for when I do the entire house later next year. Will definitely use Window World! My cost of $858 included a $300 set/teardown fee and $150 for the required wood replacement. All of this was explained to me when we got the estimate and it was fine because I know this is a cost that would be there where you do one window or one hundred..

He was courteous, professional and well-groomed. His team completed the job within the agreed time frame and did an excellent job. They left the house very clean and there were no paint splatters, etc. We would highly recommend to anyone. We have even requested additional quotes for other jobs we need done.

Andy and his crew were very punctual and did great work. During the work Andy lost his father and his crew never slowed down. Great work! I will always call Andy when I need paint or new construction done.

Set up appointment for an estimate, he never showed up. He called 2 days later to set up an appointment and I gave him another chance. He came on time, discussed the job, took measurements, etc. and said he would let me know in a few days. I waited over a week and never heard from him. I get that sometimes they don't want to do certain jobs (too big, too small, etc.) but at least be honest! Don't keep people waiting! I would have started contacting other people if I knew he wasn't going to respond.

After a home invasion this Christmas, I called Andy again to get his help with repairing a door that had been broken during the robbery. He came out that day and evaluated the situation and was able to repair the door temporarily to make sure the door could be secured. He evaluated the job and within the next couple of days I got a bid. I have an older house with the issues that come with age. The door repairs were complicated by a deck and other changes that had been made during the years. The threshold was rotted as well as the damage from the robbery. The door had an inch and a half gap at the bottom caused by a floor repair done by another company. I had been using a rolled up towel to prevent the winter winds and bugs from coming in. The cost to pull and replace the door our would have been more than I could have afforded. Andy assessed the situation and was able to engineer a repair to the threshold, door, and replace the screen door and close the gap at the bottom. He added a plate at the bottom of the old door to add additional security. The repair exceeded all expectations and I was so pleased. What was old and broken is now secure and safe. Andy was professional, prompt, and went above and beyond in assuring the job was done well. Andy is skilled and committed to doing quality work. I highly recommend him for any contracting work. As a consumer, it is wonderful to have someone with his skills, integrity and commitment to quality work available when help is needed.

Mr. Perez is very keen to detail and will not let the work be done incorrectly or done poorly, Andy showed-up promptly to give the estimate and I was extremely surprised when he showed -up to do the job within days of the agreement and finessed the job with-in the week.

Everything about this contractor was a positive experience. Andy Perez was a name I found on Angie's List after having some bad experiences with other contractors. Thankfully, Andy was everything the reviews said, and more. He is a highly experienced, very skilled professional, that also happens to be extremely honest! Through many challenges, Andy showed his extensive talents craftmanship, honesty and integrity. Andy goes over, above and beyond all expectations. He is a RARE FIND in a very complicated pool of contractors. I would highly recommend Andy to anyone!

It went well and I appreciated Andy's communication about different issues that arose. They cleaned up well and his workers were nice. The job seems to be done well and his quote came in almost $400 less than the other bids, and the price stayed the same even after the job.

Andy and his men were astounding. The Storage building was built by my father and had seen better days. Rather than tear it down I decided to repair it. On the first day, Andy and his men came after I left for work and by lunch already had the old porch pulled off and the debris cleared away from the house Unseen by all, I came home for lunch and found them all hard at work. . They were already setting the support posts for the new porch. . I returned to work smiling. The work proceeded at a regular pace, even with weather constraints. I was so impressed with the work ethic shown by all. Andy closely supervised and inspected the work daily and participated himself in getting the job done. He was professional and very kind to me. At the end of each day, his men picked up any debris, racked the area, and left the area neat. The wooden deck was originally built in the 70's and it had been unsafe for me for years due to popped up nails and rotten railings. The deck received further damage when a tree fell across it and on my house during a storm. Per my request, Andy pressure washed the deck, repaired the railings, replaced the lattice, replaced the steps and hand railings and water sealed all surfaces on the deck.. In addition , he pulled up many of the boards, replaced many of the rotten ones, and replaced the nails with screws the on all boards. I did not expect this, but the finished deck looked new again. The inside AC cabinet had no ceiling and was an open hole that drew both hot an cold air from my home. Due to the existing duct work, the only access was from the hallway. He had about 2 feet on either side to work with and was able to get a ceiling over the closet. How he did it, in such a narrow working space I could not say, but when he was done, I had a ceiling. He told me it was not pretty and that bothered him more than it did me. He showed me two screws that he had started but could not tighten due to the narrow space and lack of a longer tool. It bothered him so much on the day I paid him, he brought the correct tool and was able to get both screws tightened. He wanted to make sure the ceiling was secure and safe before he left. At the end of the job, I knew he had contributed his own lumber and done extra repairs and I wanted to pay him for the extra work and supplies he put into the job. He asked me only for the amount of the original bid. I could not have been more pleased with the quality of the work and Andy's professionalism. He is a perfectionist in the work he does and won't quit till he's satisfied the work was done well. I have and will continue to recommend him to anyone. As a side note, I too requested a business card since several folks were interested in getting repairs done. He explained he never used a card. So, I created a simple card, and got his approval and corrections, and have passed them out to several friends.. If it generates business for him, I would be pleased.

Bathroom remodel consisted of removing existing fiberglass shower, bathtub, double vanity, existing flooring, mirror and lighting. Two individual custom vanities were installed along with a cabinet for over the toilet. Wall was added to accommodate customer shower with two shower heads. Shower was tiled floor to ceiling and highlighted with glass tile accents and insets. Shower floor was rock tiles. New bathroom tile floor was put in. Vanities were fitted with granite counter tops. New lighting was installed in shower, above both vanities and small chandelier in middle of bathroom. The bathroom door from the master bedroom was replaced with a barn door. Finished product was outstanding and exceeded our expectations for both the bathroom and the kitchen. Our contractor, Andy Perez, was a delight to work with. He accommodated our every request for change and upgrade and was committed to delivering exactly what we wanted done to the highest standard. He was on-site very regularly and stressed that we work everything through him and not the subs. My wife and I would give him the highest recommendation and would not hesitate to use him in the future. Truly a consummate professional in every sense of the word and very trustworthy with utmost integrity.

Andy did a great job on almost everything. The shower was completed and looks great, the living room tile was great as well. But the water damaged wall was the only area of issue. The wall itself was seamless, and looked great. His workers matched the texture perfectly, but he rushed the final part, installing the trim. The contract stated that i would provide the trim, and i did. I left two pieces of trim in the room, one that was cut close to the correct size, and one piece that was uncut. He chose the cut piece and installed it, but there was a noticeable half inch gap on each side of the trim. He did not take the time to insure a proper fit and finish and i have consequently removed this part of his work. (It should be noted I negotiated a lower price for this room and the work for the wall, but i also agreed to do all painting. The lower negotiated price did not include any provision that would suggest he wasn't required to do the trim correctly and ensure a proper fit and finish. It is in part my fault for not checking this particular piece of work (He installed the trim about 5 mins before payment was exchanged), but i also had high expectations and no reason to expect otherwise, based on the quality of all the other work done.) With that being said, he was very professional and worked with me on scheduling. Everything looks just like it should, but having the final part of the work done quickly and not correctly is a downer, however minor the issue was. But the overall quality of his work was excellent. I would definitely recommend Andy Perez to others.

Andy was very easy to work with and his crew made the job seamless. This company is all about customer service!!! Mr. Perez checked the job each day and addressed any concerns we had. We will be using him again in the future!!!. I would highly recommend Pez Inc. for any bath and kitchen remodel.

I had like five quotes for the roof that I had been getting over a year and his was so much less and it was a twenty year roof just like what I had and it is just beautiful. He is my go-to guy when I need something done. He last did three things and it was somewhere like $800 to $1000. He can handle a lot of things for me so I don’t have to call a whole lot of different people. One thing I really like is that he is very fair and honest about things. If he can’t do something, he is just real open and honest. He is very trusting. He is very, very professional, very ethical and just with conversations I have had about other things with him, I feel very good about working with him. He is a very good person and he knows his stuff. He is a really good person to work with.

Mr. Perez always responded in a timely manner and once the work was scheduled he was very prompt. The work was completed in one day. Mr. Perez and his team were very professional and friendly. They did quality work and we are very pleased. We did have an issue with the clean up (dust was all over the living room and kitchen due to taking out the old grout) and when we discussed this with Mr. Perez he sent over two cleaning ladies, the next morning, to clean these areas.

I would recommend this contractor to anyone. If you want a job done properly, then use Pez.

Outstanding job. Repairs were so smooth and seamless that you honestly could not see where the blemish was in the texture. We opted to do our own painting on this, so the area of the work was evident only by the color of the base materials he used. Once painted, you could not see any difference between the repaired area and the existing area. We highly recommend Pez and we would definitely use him again. Excellent job!

Andy and his crew did an amazing job! Andy kept in touch with us and always kept us in the know as to what was going on. They were always nice and polite when we arrived home and they were still there working or cleaning up for the day. It only took a week to finish our addition, and we couldn't be happier with the quality of work that we received. The only issue that I had was that the crew was messy with their smoking, cigarette butts were just thrown on the ground at my home and they were not fully cleaned up on the last day when they came back to clean up the work site. This is my one and only problem that I had with them other than this they were GREAT! I would and have recommended them to friends and family for their needs. :)
