Christian Brothers did an excellent job for us! The entire process from properly wrapping the furniture to carefully loading and securing it in the moving truck was done with care. THEY MOVED MY 2 BEDROOM APARTMENT INTO A STORAGE UNIT.

The crew came in and went right to work. They also moved an upright piano for an additional fee. All services were completed within the time given for the special. The crew was very careful you not damage any of my items and were very professional.

These guys were great. Thoughtful and cautious, but very quick and efficient. Arrived a few minutes early and ready to go. All business yet friendly guys. They know their stuff. Very professional and easy to work with. All of our heaviest stuff across town (a 10 mile jog - 15+ minute drive at least), wrapped, packed, moved and unpacked, all in 2 hours. That is some great service.

These guys were awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Went out of their way to make things right and on a Sunday to boot. Upbeat, friendly and funny. it was a pleasure doing business with them. they are a valuable asset to the Waco area and i would recommend them to anyone.

Very well; professional, courteous service

They appeared on time, got right to work, loaded and unloaded two truckloads into our house in 4 hours. It was amazing. The workers were friendly, courteous, fast moving, and took very good care of our goods. After using the 5% discount from Angies List, we ended up paying approximately half of what was quoted to us by two other moving companies. Needless to say, we were pleased.

They would not give an estimate prior to the move, no contract prior to the move, they did not provide a written tabulation of how many boxes or packing material was used, there was no inventory sheet of boxes and furniture moved. We were forced to decrease the move by one day late in the day (3 days to 1 day packing and 1 day move). We experienced over $2,000.00 in documented furniture damage (some permanent), only 4 pieces of furniture moved were without some damage. To my knowledge they used no pads on furniture only wrapped it in plastic, they broke stair banister moving furniture into new house, damaged walls and wood floor, did not pack or move all of the belongings at old house, broke glass table top, damaged upholstery on chairs and an antique sofa because of lack of padding to protection, plus numerous friction mars and chips from furniture due to poor protection and how it was packed in the trucks. They did not pay the damage claim in full even when I hired a professional furniture repair person who submitted and estimate and pictures of the damage. When I discussed this with her, she said the claim I originally filed was a lessor amount, so I supplied email documents the second time. To no avail, she then deducted from the damage claim, after assuring me several times there would not be an issue just submit your claim. She provided a written invoice and received payment in what I believed was the full amount due at the end of the move, which was 1 AM in the morning. She later deducted for "extra boxes" a total of almost $400.00 from the damage claim. I had no idea she thought there were "extra boxes" used. The first mention was a the time of trying to collect the damage claim. I will say I was not at the old house during the packing and move. After seeing how things came off the truck at the house I would have definitely stopped the moved If I had been there to see how it went on the truck. Overall they are the worst moving company I have every used or heard of. Even though they appear to be nice people, they do not possess the ability to move any furniture or belongings of value. They definitely do not know the value of what they are moving based on how the boxes were packed and the furniture prepared. In some cases different items were just placed all together in an open boxes without any packing material at all. I have moved many times using national, local companies, and even moved myself. I have never experienced as much damage and lack of care or concern as was demonstrated by this company in this move. Buyer beware.

The three men were efficient and polite. The cost was about half of what another company quoted me. But they folded instead of rolled my area rug and now it won't lay flat, making it all but useless. A critical piece of the vacuum cleaner came off and was lost. It cost me $100 to have it replaced. And they packed some items in unusual places (such as putting my makeup mirror in the bottom drawer of my file cabinet). When i was unable to find them after a few weeks, I bought replacements. I still feel like I got a pretty good deal and the extra expenses certainly don't equal the amount I would have paid to other moving companies, but the losses were unnecessary.
