Great! They showed up an hour and a half after I called (on a Saturday!) and had the job done in another hour and a half. They even stayed for a while to make sure no additional blockages were released when I ran the washer as well.

They were able to come out the same day I called. The new water heater is in and working well. The job was finished up quickly and professionally.

This is the second time in 2 months our plumbing got clogged (water wasn't draining / flushing from our master bathroom) and backed up. They came out, determined the location of the clean out, sent the camera down, found lots of root balls and talked over all the options with me clearly and plainly. We were looking at a massage multiple thousand dollar job digging up and replacing all of the old clay tile pipes to the city sewer line which had root balls at the seems every 3 feet (the line also being 10 feet deep in river sands, beneath a concrete car pad that would have to be busted up). Our hearts sank. But then Mike and Ryan who were out here working on it were willing to just try using the augur on the PVC portion and the water cutter on the clay pipe portion to just see if we could lessen the roots...and in about an hour's time we had the whole line cleaned out! They saved us thousands of dollars (if not more) by giving it a shot this way. We may not have to do the whole line replacement if we can keep it clear going forward. WE ARE SO GRATEFUL that Central Texas Plumbing Solutions (1) knows what they're doing, (2) owns the new, expensive, specialty high pressure hydraulic machine, (3) was honest enough to try the temporary fix before insisting we had to do the whole big job.
