Called and explained the situation. Promptly returned my call and was available the next day even if I wasn't. Got him scheduled and he arrived on time. After examining the safe, walked me through the options on what would be required to get it open. Tried the first option of getting the original combination, but it had been changed. Decided that I wasn't going to try anything else. Extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about his craft. If I ever decide to pursue getting this safe open I will definitely call again.

He took care of everything in 2 hours for all entrances in the house and cut me new keys on the spot. He even fixed a couple doors where the builder put the door handles on upside down!

Mr. William Brewer of Brewer Lock and Safe performed a difficult safe removal from the basement of a large hospital building with the help of one associate and an assortment of professional equipment including a special trailer and a motorized pallet jack. This safe was located in a basement for the past forty years. In that time huge air ducts were installed above it that inhibited the move. Mr. Brewer planned the very difficult move, brought his equipment to the site when the move began, and accomplished the removal with no damage to the safe or to the building. Everything was against a successful conclusion to this move. It became possible due to the extraordinary efforts of Mr. Brewer and his crew. Mr. Brewer is a gentleman. He delivers exactly what he promises and more. His charges for this service are minimal considering the level of expertise involved, the equipment cost, and the level of difficulty. We needed this rare data safe for our business. Without Mr. Brewer's help, the safe would have been cut into pieces and sold for salvage. Bill Brewer is the only locksmith within hundreds of miles who could have effected the move of this valuable piece of equipment. This move had to be done in a small time frame. I was not in town and I had a complicated situation. Laurie and Jim were so kind in helping me with a solution to my problems, going over and above the call of duty, and giving me needed information. Jim even hand delivered the keys to the hotel I would be staying at, so I could have immediate access into the house when I got there. Provider diagnosed problem with back door latch, delivered the part and installed it. To expedite the repair, I was asked to take a photo of the existing latch and send it to provider by instant message. I thought this was a creative use of technology to speed up the service. Provider was able to arrive within an hour after my phone call with the correct part. On-site work took about 15 minutes.

I take this opportunity in extending my sincere appreciation for the telephonic consultation rendered to me by Technician Mark. Based on the information I provided to him, he concluded that the service may not be required. Where he had every opportunity to perform and charge me for a services that was not actually needed, he shared with me reasons why it was not needed. I went to the store. The manager advised me on the type of lock to get to fit my needs. They ordered it and it came in a few days. It was put in without any trouble and looks nice and works well.

Technician called in advance to let me know he was on his way. Very courteous and professional. Took the time to show me what he was doing and why and did not hesitate to answer my questions in terms that were easily understood. I would not hesitate to use Brewer Lock and Safe again and they will be who I recommend to anyone that I think needs this type of service.

They come out when I need them. They're prompt. I have had many doors keyed by them and door locks changed. I've never had a problem with any of them. They're available.

Great. He came 20 minutes after I called and assessed the problem. I needed completely new locks. It was cheaper for me to go buy locks, so I did that and he came and installed them the next day.

I took the key in and they cut the key. I went home and but the key in the lock and it worked great.
