 + 0 moreThey invited me to come to their showing. She was very helpful, and was very good at explaining thoughts with me. We had some work done by them about three months ago, and we are currently waiting for installation for some new vinyl.

 + -1 moreThey gave me a poor service. The salesperson was very good. He is professional and knowledgeable. It was the installation crew that I had a bad experience with. It 6 of them and 12 hours to lay 3 bedrooms, living room, tile the kitchen and carpet the garage. It’s horrible. They were always on their cellphone. Their prices are competitive. When I told the owner about it, they said they had trouble and they would no longer be employed but I didn't really get an apology or anything.
Description of Work: I bought carpets from Carpet One and they installed the carpets for my house.

 + 0 moreI couldn't be happier with the job they did. They were very professional, arrived on time and finished within the time frame. I'll keep going back to them if I need anything else done.
Description of Work: The first time I used them, they put in vinyl planks in four rooms and installed a vinyl floor in my bathroom. The second time I used them, they put in vinyl planks in my bedroom.
