Do not use this company for any type of roof or home repair! The took the roof off my home last Friday 6/23/2017 and left it that way. Tried contacting them by phone and text because of the forecasted storms that were going to hit the area during the night, but never got a call back even after leaving them a voicemail or a response to my text message. A work crew showed up at 5 AM the next morning trying to cover the open roof right as the storm was approaching. When the storm arrived, my home was flooded causing severe damage throughout the home and personal injury when the bedroom ceiling collapsed onto someone when the insulation got soaked and became too heavy. The home is unlivable. The company will not provide us with their insurance carrier information so that we can file a claim and their only response has been is that they can patch it up and its only minor damage. They also will not refund the money paid to them up front for materials. Have had to hire an attorney and also a restoration company to address the severe damages to the home and furnishings along with the personal injury.

Their work was okay. The only thing I didn't like is there were a lot of nail left behind. Their magnetic tool didn't work that well. We ended up having to pick up lots of nails ourselves.

They work fast and quick but after finishing, they left mess on ground, took them two days later to come back and finish the roof and clean, which didn't take long.The manager let us know they were done and let us know if there is anything else to call him, he was not big on conversation but nice.

The main manager, at the end of work came and let us know that they were done and if we needed any other work done to give him a call. He was not very conversational but was nice.

They were prompt, but, as mentioned above, had to come back before house was closed on because many of the shingles did not "stick" and had to be redone. Price was good.

They worked fast and replaced several pieces of wood that were damaged. Nails were not put in the roofing at the proper places which caused leaking.. Detail to edges of roof were not well done which resulted in leaking along one area of the roof into the concrete block. Flashing and roofing materials where the roof met the porch were not done to manage the water flow properly. I had to have another carpenter do roof repair where a board was broken and re-seal around all vent pipes and wind turbine. I had to work so was unable to watch the workers as they performed. My ex-husband was home, but did not watch them close enough. I suggest that anyone using them stay during the repair so they can keep an eye on them.

They did the job in one day, but they did not do my storage building. I called them about it so that I could turn in the paperwork to the insurance. Eventually I found that they never had a foreman supervising the project. They left a bunch of flashing and roofing materials left on my property. On top of that, the roof line was now crooked. The work was awful. The flashing was bent. I called them and they came back out and looked at it. They tried to tell me there may be something wrong with my house. They came back out and redid the same job, but the results were still the same. I called them again, and told them the results were still poor. The original estimator finally came back out. He took another look and they still found some soft spots. Eventually the came back and pulled up the roof in 3 areas and found faults in the roof that was caused by previous owners. It turned out that they had reroofed over these faults. It took 5 weeks of me complaining insistantly to have them come and do the job right. This was all caused because they did not have a foreman supervising the original job. Eventually the end result was good work, but it took a lot of my time, money, and frustration to get the job done right.
