Anything else goes wrong with my AC I am calling A & D Heating and Air Conditioning for sure. I could not ask for better service.

3C Mechanical contacted me within minutes of my quote request, arrived precisely at the time they promised and effected the cleaning and repair of our AC condensate line within half an hour. I never knew a condensate line needed regular maintenance! They explained the process to me, totally cleaned up after themselves and charged me about a third of what another company had quoted. Pleasant and professional. They know their stuff (we have an ancient AC system) and I would gladly use them again.

I recently purchased a premier annual service maintenance contract with 3C Mechanical Technologies for $45 per month that includes Free Diagnostic Charge, 15% Off Parts, Spring AC Inspection, Fall Heat Inspection, Condenser Washed Twice A Year, 50 Point Inspection, Yearly Run Capacitor Replacement, 1 Year Supply Filters (Pleated 1") Qty 12, No Over Time Charges (Excluding after 10PM), $400 Credit Towards A New Complete System, 2 Year Repair Warranty, and a NEW UV Lamp (W/new Bulb Every Two Years). The technician called to inform he was on his way and arrived in the requested timeframe. Inspection of the HVAC system was performed, the drain lines cleaned, outside compressor cage washed, coolant level check, HVAC filters provided, and U/V Lamp installed inside the HVAC unit. No problems were found with the unit. It is my experience with 3C that if they see a problem, they will provide a complete explanation of the problem, recommend a solution, and provide an estimate of any additional costs involved. I have always found their technicians to be experienced with HVAC systems and able to fix them without major problems. I have been using 3C for several years. They have always provided excellent service.

3C completely redid the A/C work in the attic and it has been awesome ever since (17 years). Scheduling is always easy and they always exceed expectations! I wouldn't even think of using any other company! HIGHLY recommended 💯
