+ -1 moreMr. Yellott gave me an estimate for cost, length of time to finish job and details of what it took to finish the job. He made all repairs that were necessary to repair my roof. He fixed some things that the previous contractor botched. He finished on time. He completely cleaned and hauled all debri s from property. We never had a nail or anything out of place in our driveway.
Description of Work: He removed old tarps and felt paper that were on roof. Replaced damaged fascia boards, soffit and decking. Hand nailed life time warranted architectural shingles and lace valley's. Did a complete clean-up and haulaway of all materials.
