Mobile Air

The man was so professional, knowledgeble, & courteous. He was on time and worked steady until the job was finished. He took the time to answer a couple of questions for us and made sure that we were happy with his work. He also delivered the skirting on a different day. We did not like the color (ordered by the dealer we bought our mobile home from) and called Mobile Air and asked if we could exchange it for another color. Karen, the woman I talked to, explained that as long as the boxes/skirting was not damaged that we could return it to them and exchange it. She gave me directions to their location and we returned it the following week. Everyone there was helpful and friendly. Karen showed me the color choices and I picked a new color. The man, Billy Blanchard Jr., who installed my air conditioner remembered my father and helped us unload the skirting into their warehouse and then he loaded the new skirting onto our trailer for us. My father asked if he could recommend someone to install it for us or could he show us the basics (so we could do it ourselves) and Mr. Blanchard took the time to show us the basics and to give us some tips on how to make the job easier. Both of the employees I dealt with (on multiple occassions) were ALWAYS courteous, friendly, and responsive to my needs and were ALWAYS helpful and eager to assist me. Never, at any time, did anyone act as though I was "bothering" them or that my questions/problems were an inconvenience.
