Description of Work: They cleaned my house. The first time was quite expensive as they did a 'top to bottom' cleaning. After that the cost was reasonable. The team was always punctual, always respectful and polite. My problem was that every time something didn't get done correctly or something was missed. They were always great about coming back to get it done right but I got tired of always finding something wrong.

Description of Work: I hired Dustbusters to clean my house. I have been with them for about two months. Today I called to ask where they were and she says I left word on your answering machine that we were going to have to go up on the price because we are having to spend more time at your house. She is the one who came out and gave me the price. Nothing changed from the start. I told her to forget it. She had given me a price and I accepted.
