Description of Work: Installed granite counter tops. Went well except they cut the holes after they put the counters in place. It took 7 weeks to finally get rid of the dust.

 + -1 moreMy first impression was not good to say the least. They got me mixed up with another client and were very rude to me over the phone until they figured it out. Then they refused to do my island/bar out of one slab of granite unless I signed a form saying I would be held responsible if there guys broke it in transit from the shop to my house. They took a week to get the bid to me and then put pressure on me to make a decision on the slabs of granite within two days of receiving the bid. The owner herself even spoke rudely to me over the phone. Lucky for me I found someone else for the job who did an excellent job and was $1500 cheaper. This tells me they are over priced and on top of that when I called them to let them know I would be using someone else they didn't even ask why or what they could have done better which tells me they didn't need or value my business.
Description of Work: It started off rocky and got worse. Finally after being treated poorly on numerous occasions I found someone else to do the job and am so happy with the work of the other company.

Description of Work: They installed new granite counter tops and a tile back splash. They were only a little higher than the lowest bid I received and their quality and professionalism was beyond reproach. They also had the biggest and most attractive selection of Granite we saw. | |Very satisfied.
