Southern Roofing came by to estimate the job and made a courtesy call to me, the tenant, and kept me informed about the job. Showed up on time, workers were efficient, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. Good experience!

Calling for roof repairs, the man who answered the phone was initially very casual and wanted to know if I even lived in Victoria (I guess that my cell phone no. with an outside area code freaked him out). When I said, yes I am in Victoria; he perked up and asked what I wanted. I said I'm looking for an estimate on some roof repairs and an installation of some attic fans. He came out two days after the call, gave me a written estimate and told me to order the parts and that he could do the work the following week. Bruce then rescheduled for a few weeks later. Bruce then rescheduled for another week later. Bruce then would not return my calls, but when he did I tried to nail him down for when he could do it and he kept being slimy and not committing. He said he could do it but couldn't say when. Rude, unprofessional, and obviously only interested in making as much money as possible on larger jobs.
