I know the people that own it personally. They came out late one evening about eight or nine o’clock. The air conditioner on one side of the house went out. They came and fixed it. They are very professional. They do a lot of work all around the town. They do the air conditioning at the church that we go to. Several of the businesses use them. They have been around for a long time. They are very reliable. They are very comparable to everybody else. They are very good in that part to. They don’t try to sell a whole new unit. They are good and conservative in what they do. Their price is very fair.

Phone call was placed 06/02/2011 for a 2pm appointment 06/03. Another call made 06/03, 8am, to confirm appointment. Yet another call made 06/03, approximately 1pm to confirm appointment. Schedules rearranged, day put "on hold" essentially, waiting on tech arrival. Gentleman calls, 4pm, says, "Looks like I got too busy, I'm not going to make it", and then promptly HUNG UP. No opportunity to even discuss rescheduling. Also, that late in the day, no opportunity (on a Friday afternoon) to call anyone else to repair the equipment. RUDE and Highly Unprofessional ! ! ! ! Do NOT use this company if you work and don't have the luxury to sit around the house for days (or maybe weeks) waiting on this fellow to show up at your house.
