+ -1 moreWe had a "flood" caused by an ice maker in our refrigerator. Mr. Ramey came and fixed what he thought was the problem, but there continued to be some extra moisture. So, he fixed the refrigerator again, but did not charge us until we were sure the problem was truly fixed.This is not the first time Mr. Ramey has treated us so kindly. It is routine customer service for him.Mr. Ramey takes care of our freezers, refrigerators, washing machine and dryer and has for many years.
Description of Work: Mr. Ramey is always puntual and as available as possible. He is a very soft spoken, professional man who definitely knows the equipment he repairs. He always repairs whatever we have in the most inexpensive manner, too. He trusts us and we trust him. I would reecommend him at any time.
