I called & Sheila took my concerns into consideration and spoke with the owner & returned my call. The technicians were dispatched quickly. They were very polite & very respectful. They completely explained the problem and asked to proceed with a price before starting. Amazing work done to my complete satisfaction before they left my home.

I didn't answer the phone to confirm appointment 12 minutes b4 they were due to arrive so they were sent elsewhere. found that out when I called 38 minutes after their scheduled arrival. rescheduled for next day and answered the phone in about the same time window. the workers showed up promptly and resolved my issue for what I believe to be a reasonable fee. they were courteous and professional. I would give them an A if not for the scheduling snafu.

I found Karnowski Electric Company on Angie's List, called and he arrived within an hour and stayed until the job was finished. He was professional, had a friendly crew that worked through their lunch to get my power back on quickly. I would not hesitate to call them again when I need an electrian.

all work done well, mud and ash was tracked in on carpet but then they paid to have it cleaned. happy with end result.

Price was outrageous did not hire. He was not very receptive of my telling where I wanted to plugs and switches.

Very well done, father and son team, will hire again when do bathrooms.

I was on a job in California and gave them a call explaining that I needed my new trailer wired. They went to my place and found out the poles coming into the property were rotten so they took the initiative to call the co-op and schedule them to be replaced. Once the poles were replaced he went in and changed everything from the weather head to the house plus hooked up the water well with new wiring. Again, this was all done without meeting face to face. The finished product is a very professional looking electrical service hookup. I am very pleased and will be using them again for my new barn. Thank you for helping me!

They were very knowledgeable and reasonably with the cost. Along with everything done he got the permit from the city to do the work and worked with city inspector and the power company. I just sat back and they did all the work.

From the initial phone call Mr. Karnowski was not your normal "show-up-and-get-paid" kind of service man. I called him on a Friday about 4 pm. Now, that's one hour from the week-end. I didn't really expect him to come out just wanted to make contact. He said "I'll be right over". I'm thinking "what have I done?". But when Mr. Karnowski left around 8:30 he had not only done his job but made the electric company do their's. No follow up was needed. Job done! Really done!

Excellent - very reliable and conscientious. I worked with him to locate dead connection and he fixed it and installed new circuit. Were finally able to have power in master bath and bedroom. Would definitely use again.
