Description of Work: Replaced hot water line to attic space due to cracked in below house water line. Very professional. Came in, explained everything he was going to do, gave accurate estimate, and got the job done in a timely manner.

Description of Work: It took them a month to replace a 30 ft section of our main sewer line, in the beginning they said it would take 3-4 days, a week max. they left our yard a mess, water pools and stands when it rains in a 10x8 ft area of our back yard. the ground is very rough and uneven. some kinda tool of theirs, maybe a pump of some sort broke and they threw it in our back yard instead of taking it with them when they left. they left cracked up pieces of the pvc pipe from our old SEWER line laying all over yard. they kept having to do redo work because the city inspector came out 3 times and their work wouldn't pass inspection. the day the work was finally done the guy came and told me they were finished, but would be back the next morning with the equipment to fill the dirt in where they dug to replace the line and that was all that was left to do. the next day I did some much needed house work since any time they were there i couldn't run any water at all or flush the toilet,wash laundry, etc..., well i finished scrubbing my bathroom and then got in shower. about 5 min later, NO WATER! they actually turned off my water while i was in the shower. they neglected to mention the day before that the city inspector had to come out AGAIN to check the sewer lines to see if it was up to city code. They never knocked on my door to tell me not to run any water nor did they say anything about inspection. all they said the day before was that they needed to fill in the ground where they put in the new lines. I was VERY disappointed in their work, their professionalism and the time it took them to complete the work. plus the mess and bad shape they left my yard in. and also, most of the time the work was being done at my house, there was usually only 1 man there doing the work by his self. on a couple of the days i saw 2 men. if they had an actual crew to do the work maybe they could have completed a 3-4 day job in the right amount of time instead of taking a MONTH to get it done (during which time raw sewage was leaking in my back yard!)

Description of Work: 1) cleared clogged pipes in newly purchased 20 year old home Fall 2009 2) Tunneled under the house and replaced damaged pipes in October 2011. 3) Replaced pipes that cracked when the foundation of the house was leveled in August 2013.

Description of Work: Repaired a water leak inside the house by rerouting a pipe through the attic. The plumber was able to identify which pipe was leaking (in the foundation), and was able to install a new pipe through the attic, abandoning the leaking pipe. All went well and the water was back on in less than four hours.
