+ 0 moreJob lasted over five months. Finally I had to let him go because the work was taking to long. I ended up over paying him on the last check payment and he would give me the extra money back. I had to hire someone else to finish the work he did not finish that he stated he had finished.
Description of Work: Charges $500.00 for fours house of work. Painting, wall work, and general repairs on a rental property that should have lasted no longer then three weeks.

Description of Work: He installed a medium pet door, that I provided, in a wood door. It took him about an hour, maybe less. I should have asked for an estimate before hand, but I was shocked at the price. At that price I certainly wouldn't dare ask for anything more involved. If you have the money the work is adequate.
