Description of Work: 2 complete remodels of my bathrooms, this year and last year. He does excellent work. I was so pleased because I have hired people before and had problems. He's honest, a church going man. I trust having him in my home.

Description of Work: Came to site to survey job. Never sent estimate, never called to refuse job. Would not return calls. Would not recommend him for any job.

Description of Work: The first job we had them do is remove old tile above bathtub and retile and also do tile on bathroom floor. The next job was tile living room, hall, entrance hall, utility room and kitchen.

Description of Work: Installed tile on concrete floor in living room, bathroom, wash room and hardy-plank in one bedroom.

Description of Work: Had a tub/shower removed completely and installed a step in tile show for my elderly Mother. The quality of the work was so great. It all looked so good we are going to use this company in the coming months to tile out our bathroom, living room and kitchen areas.

Description of Work: The company did not charge to come out, meet with me & measure the rooms in my home. The estimate was followed promptly. I was allowed to take samples to my home and/or Mr. Flores would bring samples out so I could see exactly what it would look like and what I was looking for. They carried the newest materials available & the ordering process took only a week. They started and concluded on the days I was informed they would. The craftsmanship was outstanding; they did a beautiful job & cleaned up completely. They conversed with me the entire time as to what they were encountering and where they were on the project. Prior to choosing this company, I spoke with several different companies; some hired workers from out of town, charged a large fee just to come out and measure, some acted disinterested (like I was wasting their time) when they found I wasn't wanting everything tiled or in granite. Mr. Flores gave his opinions when asked & worked with me in what I wanted. I have and will highly recommend this company for flooring and tiling work - they did a fantastic job!! I give them a 10!!

Description of Work: Mr. Flores replaced approximately 1650 sq ft of flooring for us. He removed all of the old flooring and replaced them with the new flooring. He put new ceramic tile in the laundry rm, kitchen, breakfast area, den, hallway, master bath, and guest bath. We had previously purchased our tile, but his price included all of the supplies and labor. He then, put new Mohawk carpet in the living rm, and 3 bedrooms. We purchased the carpet from Mr. Flores and found that his prices were much less than the other stores, but were still of great quality.
