I had an appointment scheduled with a time frame between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. At 3:45 p.m. I called to make sure the plumber was coming. The girl that answered the phone seemed clueless. Then she called the plumber and told me he said he wasn't going to be able to make it. They had no care about wasting my day. The is a very unprofessional way to run a company and is veery poor customer service. I definitely would not recommend them.

It went Great! They didn't have a Trencher so they had to dig it by hand,which isn't an easy task.They placed the pipes & put it all up rather quickly! There was never any negative back-talking and they were very professional about everything they did. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs Plumbing Service.
Description of Work: Placed Material and dug trench to lay sewer line from Mobile Home to Septic Tank.
