They schedule appointments and then they do not show or communicate that they are not showing up or showing up late. They want more money to complete the work. They have started to repair some pipes in the bathroom.

We call them anytime we have plumbing issues and they come right away. Our house is 40 years old and they've fixed and updated things. They've even shown us how to handle minor problems ourselves. They've gone above and beyond. They've been helpful, trustworthy, and they give us a good time frame. They're just wonderful and I can't imagine using anybody else.

I cannot recommend this company to anyone. My regular plumber was swamped, called Arnolds as an alternate provider - that was a mistake. The guys attempting to clear the sewer blockage were friendly enough, but didn't really know what they were doing - other than running a simple drain snake. They got the line open - but not completely clear (they later admitted). Paid $99 at time of service. Drain was clogged again a few days later. When we encountered strangeness, and suspected a collapsed line, tree root, etc. - they immediately started talking about expensive options: cameras, digging up up the entire yard, and more. They left after clearing the line a second time, stating that there was 'no charge' for the visit - it was a 'follow up'. Several days later, we received invoices in the mail for not only the second visit, but for work that was never performed. I called the office and left messages, and even wrote a letter explaining the situation. No response, except for additional invoices marked 'Past Due'. I rented a commercial drain snake and cleared the line myself. Completely clear. Runs fine now. Not that difficult. After the late notices continued for several months, I finally visited the office personally and explained the situation in detail - offering dates, times and notes in my personal planner. The bookkeeper was unswayed by proof and personal testimony - insisting that the illegible scrawls from her employees were somehow more reliable - and basically told me I was lying. The company demanded that I pay for a camera inspection and additional work that was NOT PERFORMED. We 'agreed to disagree' - and parted ways. I refused to pay several hundred dollars in imaginary charges. In the time since, I have visited with others in Victoria that had bad experiences with this company. They overcharge for services, and often do work not authorized - insisting on payment later. Run away.

I got an appointment for the day after I called, early morning. They would not provide an estimate but gave me their hourly rate. I knew the job should not take more than an hour. They arrived on-time and completed the job within one hour's time. I'd had a friend dig down to the break so we could see what was going on - the plumbers even filled-in the hole in that hole in the hour's time. I was very pleased.

He did the job.

I called Arnold's Plumbing on a Friday afternoon and they made sure I would not have to wait until Monday. They came as promised and in fact came a little earlier than they said would be able to arrive. We had a stopped up sewer line and they had us back in business in no time. I had a similar experience with them and they fit me in so I would not have to wait until the next day. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The gentleman was fast and thorough.

First attempt to clear line was poor attempt - could get small tip, but not large tip to go through. When standing water cleared, they declared 'good enough' and left. Second visit was longer and more thorough - but they attempted to bill me AGAIN for clearing the same line less than a week before. Refused. Also tried to pressure me into letting them run a camera thru line - declined. Was BILLED FOR THE CAMERA USAGE ANYWAY! When attempting to contact by phone multiple times, never could reach the person I needed to speak to. Finally wrote a letter and declining charges and any late fees. CANNOT recommend.

In general good, however they charged for three hours ($92.00/hr) when they did not actually do three hours. Plumber drug along completing a task in order to use up more time. He kept going back and forth to completely shut off the main water line when it could have been done the first time. Looking back it is felt he did this in order to extend his time at the job. And it is doubtful that the so called ten percent Sr. citizen discount they claim to give was actually given to me. overall a very costly experience. And charged a twenty dollar travel fee (dollar per mile) when the out of town city they drove from to the repair site is actually only half that distance. The office receptionist was very nice and helpful and both the plumber and his assistant were very friendly and responsive.

Plumber and assistant arrive on time looking very professional. They made me aware of what they could do and the options they had. Completed all work and cleaned up yard nicely. My neighbor already used them after seeing their work.

The technicians were a delight and very helpful! They were friendly and direct. A+++ service!

I have been using this provider for about ten to fifteen years. The owners are good. I have had some problems with his employees, but when the owner does the work it is great.

They showed up on time, unclogged a bad sewer clog and were out of there quickly. We had to do a little cleanup afterward but they did a good job.

They have done everything from opening drains to getting roots out of my line to completely redoing a shower. Never have I had a problem. I'm sure their prices are competitive with others plus, because I am a old customer they let me pay out the larger projects by the month. I have known Walter Junior since he was in high school, working for Senior, and now he runs the business.

Once the job was started, Mr. Arnold and crew worked diligently to finish quickly to provide for our convenience of having at least one bathroom to use at all times. They were friendly, courteous and professional.Their work was excellent. I would recommend them at any time.
