Description of Work: They installed an alarm system on my doors and windows. Whenever it goes off they immediately call all three phone numbers I provided. They call the sheriff if They can't get me and I don't tell them to ignore it. I chose the window alarms which are triggered by vibration rather than breaking. They are more sensitive than I anticipated. Birds flying into a window and close thunder set them off.

+ -1 moreWe virtually have no contact with them other than to pay the bill once a year. The house was already wired for alarms so there was nothing involved. It's about a dollar a day so we pay $360 a year. Our interaction is to pay a bill. We haven't actually had the need to call them for help or anything. When they came out and put everything together, they made sure that everything was working and did all the testing that they needed to do. Everything is fine. Their price is good because we've compared it with other companies. Their quality was fine. We would continue to use them in the future.

We have no memory on their responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism. We would continue to use them in the future.
