Unique Services, LLC is a full service home management / construction company. We specialize in monthly maintenance of your home and all areas of general contracting. Unique Services was implemented to simplify the life of a homeowner. We provide a monthly service for your home to keep your home properly maintained and avoid any costly damages in the future. We also provide general contracting services at a discounted rate to all our annual home management customers. Unique Services is a diversified service company catering to your unique needs. We don't do "1" thing, we do "everything" Unique Services has over 20 years combined experience in the industry. We currently have 2 employees and several "contract" professionals. We are fully insured and require any and all subcontractors to have general liability insurance as well. We are a member of the Better Business Bureau and McKinney Chamber of Commerce. All initial quotes are FREE and valid for 30 days.

Our mistake was letting them know that we were selling the house because I think they thought this meant we wouldn't mind poor workmanship and incomplete work so long as the house sold. They missed areas that needed to be touched up, they patched holes from doorknobs but didn't spackle/paint, They only did part of the grout that needed repairing and used the wrong color. It looks awful. When we expressed that we wanted to dispute some items on the estimate that we signed, they refused to provide and itemized invoice or work with us. The wife/admin, Candice, had attitude with me over the phone and yelled at my realtor. Now they are threatening us with a lien on our home. This whole experience has been a nightmare. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
Description of Work: We used them to do some touch up painting, re-grouting, etc... to prepare our home to be sold.
