 + 0 moreHe does a great job, he's a really good guy. He's very communicative, he's impeccable. Some of the things we wanted to do is not easy and he's willing to do everything which is nice.
Description of Work: He installed a chimney cap in my chimney, installed some interior doors and repaired some toilet seal and flange.

 + -1 moreHe is very friendly, honest, and reasonable. He is efficient, comes when he said he gonna come, and very knowledgeable about the things. He will tell you of the things he can't do or he don't want to.
Description of Work: He gave me a quote for all the work. Installed some outside doors, removed glass mirror from the bathroom, put a new lock at my front door, and he will be replacing the siding soon.

 + -1 moreGood quality, valued price, took a little bit longer than I expected but because I added more projects. I was very satisfied with their work. I think he was honest, and easy to deal with.
Description of Work: He installed a couple new doors, one internal, and one external, did work on our laminate floors, carpentry work in our dining room, a bunch of electrical work like installing an oven, and microwave, did framing and facade around it, and number of electrical outlets, and lights replaced.

More importantly, he is meticulous with his work and puts quality way ahead of speed. To make this even more important, he honors his estimate regardless of the difficulties and delays encountered. I would, and have, recommended Duke to many of my friends.
