real estate appraisal
+ -1 moreI would never use him again. He gave me a low ball appraisal which I found out he does to everybody. He gave me an appraisal for $75,000 and I sold it for $95,000. He is paid big bucks for screwing people over. He was there when he said he would be.
Description of Work: I used John Hodges for an appraisal because I was selling my property by owner.
