Mr. Vela was prompt, courteous, showed up at the exact time we agreed to and was very easy to work with. He gave us an estimate on the repairs up front and did not vary from that estimate when the job was complete. He was quick to complete the job but not so fast that he did not pay attention to detail. All in all, we are pleased with his professionalism, work ethic and would recommend his services to your members.
Description of Work: Initially, we hired Mr. Vela to correct some drainage issues at a cabin which we were fixing up to put on the market. At the same time, he removed two old commodes and replaced them with new ones. Later on, we hired him once again to perform some basic plumbing repairs due to frozen pipes that burst over the winter months. Mr. Vela found and repaired all of the affected pipes. He also installed two more shutoff valves at our direction.
