XLG broke my sprinkler riser and refused to repair, instead Jose wanted to replace my entire system which had never caused me problems in the 14 years I have lived here, until his crew began their sloppy work, breaking retaining rocks/ sprinkler heads and never even picking them up, leaving everything for me to do. When Jose refused to repair this last sprinkler riser that his crew broke, I terminated services. I would never recommend this company due to lack of professionalism, quality control and customer service.

XLG consistently has had issues cutting my lawn. Between not blowing my yard after service that damaged my yard, and taking multiple times to address the issue with their crews as well as destroying my drain covers I can't recommend someone else enough. We've even had issues where they charged us for a service that they didn't show up for, then tried to upsell us on a tree trim immediately after admitting fault. Their work is great when they don't mess up, but the inconsistency is ridiculous. We've only had them for a few months, but we will not be going back.

The price is reasonable compared to some of my neighbors for trimming the shrubs and so forth. People are asking as much as $250 to even start and he is a good guy.

He charges $30 for trimming, weeding, mowing and he also picks up the grass which you will not find very many will do that for you at that price. He's a very fine man and keeps my lawn and shrubs looking good all the time. He also does my spring and fall feeding type thing. He is not the cheapest but he does a darn good job. He just does a good job and it's his responsibility to keep my shrubs trimmed and the rose bushes trimmed back. He does all that and you don't have to tell him and then he just leaves me a note on the door and if there are any additional charges like he did my tree limbs this spring and carried them away and he was very reasonable on that.
