White Knight Pest Control

Do NOT waste your money and time on White Knight services. I called them for a hidden wasp nest infestation in my front door overhang. They sold me on a 12 month contract, saying it was the only way to get rid of them because of "pheromones". Three treatments later the problem was just getting worse, and their technician told me the only answer was to find someone to deconstruct the overhang to access the nest. Highly dangerous, and no one will do that! I called another company who treated the area for half the price, did not try to upsell me to a contract, and within 24 hours the wasp population was almost nil - they are continuing to follow-up. I cancelled White knight and even that was a chore, as I had to call twice to get it done because only their "customer advocates" can cancel accounts. Save yourself money and anxiety and do NOT try White Knight. If you live in Minneapolis, I highly recommend Plunkett's. They will do the job correctly!

We had White Knight Pest Control doing pest control since June 2018. The service has been going down for a long time. I worked at home when we started and when they came they would spray inside and outside. I went to work outside the home, at first they would schedule when I was home so they could spray inside also. Then Covid hit and they would no longer come inside. I called to ask if they could spray inside and was told I would have to schedule that each time there was a treatment. They gave very little notice before they came and I could not ask for them to spray inside. We decided it was time to cancel the service as we were not getting the complete service we asked for and they only came when no one was home to do outside. I still had to kill several spiders in the basement. I am paying for the full service and only getting half. I called to cancel the service before the next treatment. I also told them that our phone number was changed. They said they would have to call me back. They kept trying to call the old number and then send an email they could not get in touch with me. So I called them again. They said someone would call me back. Got a text they could not get in touch with me. I called them again. They finally cancel our account two weeks later. I saw they had taken a payment out of our account and called them. They said we had signed a contract that said we would give them 30 days’ notice. I have no knowledge of a contract. They refused to refund the payment because of it not being 30 day notice. They took out the payment after the account was closed and no treatment was provided

DON'T USE WHITE KNIGHT PEST CONTROL!! This is the most dishonest, deceitful pest control company on the planet! They will come to your home and sell you 4 visits. You will sign a contract on their ipad, trusting them. They will lie to you. Your quartly contract "auto renews" and you are required to cancel it 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE or get charged for your 5th visit. Something they do not tell you. Their contract is set up like a TRAP. Once your 4 visit is up, the computer automatically schedules the 5th appointment and when you call to say, hey I didn't want or agree to 5 visits they say well you will be charged for a 5th appointment but won't get the service unless you reinstate a new 4 quartly contract. So basically their contract is set up to trap you and force you to do another 4 visits or they rip you off 100.00. Also they first time they come and spray they do an amazing job! Subsequently they are in and out in 10 minutes and don't do a good job and you won't see any positive changes. Basically they are making 100.00 every 10 minutes.

They'll come out every time you have a problem in between and I never had a problem with them coming back out and retreating if I did have a problem or a specific issue so they're really responsive and I've never had to pay an additional out of pocket fee. I live in the country so I still have bugs but that's probably normal. I don't care what they're using but it has really worked. We have been in our place in a year and I have used them the entire year and I'm really happy with them.

I would not recommend them. They came door-to-door and offered us a year long special that I used but I wasn't happy with their service at all. They just didn't do everything they said they were gonna do. I'll tell people not to use them. They overcharged me for not doing anything.
