The purpose of our remodel was to resolve major and most minor inspection items and completely overhaul the property prior to sale. The property was completely transformed! The pictures speak for themselves (and if I can find where to attach pictures, I will). The cost was very reasonable and the work was definitely craftsman quality. Leonard's expertise and knowledge worked hand-in-hand with his careful and powerful attention to detail. We received many offers on our home after the work was complete and got over list for the sale in less than a week. The concrete work was good, but not great. However, Leonard worked even on Christmas day to make it right. He is an honest and very hard working contractor and we will definitely hire him again for all our future renovation needs.

Mr. Brack provided a very good estimate on the work to be performed. He went over the different options and the different layouts that would work best in our bathroom. The work was done very quickly. The tile surrounding the tub is awesome! The fixtures he suggested work extremely well. We had some guests spend the night shortly after he completed the job and they were amazed at the look of the new tub and the shower head Mr. Brack selected. I would definitely recommend this contractor to anyone wanting to remodel their bathroom.
