He has done work on four houses of mine. He has done work regularly for the past two years. He built the interior of a cabin that I have out in Spicewood. He did that a month ago. He built and replaced screens. He does all kinds of maintenance and repair work. He has people who help him but he is primary the guy who does the work. I've used him so much. I've paid him probably in the neighborhood of about $8,000-$10,000 over the past year or two. The last time, it was several thousand dollars because the last thing he did was the interior of a pre-manufactured cabin. So he put in the walls, the floor, the ceiling, contracted to have the electrical wiring put in and did the painting.
Description of Work: Within the last month, he did plumbing, repaired some flooring, repaired some air conditioning ducts and repaired some weatherstripping.
