The only thing I had question about was when they came in I asked them was anything that they had going to be any problem with children because my granddaughter was only 7 months old at the time. They told us no, everything was pet friendly and I had nothing to worry about. That evening my granddaughter had trouble breathing. She stopped breathing as a matter of fact and she was in Cook's Children's hospital for about a week. She made 100 percent recovering. I still have question on that to this day. They claimed that my granddaughter had a cold which she didn't even have a runny nose or cough. Her eyes weren't even glassy, no fever, no nothing but they claimed she had a cold. Other than that, they did the service and didn't charge me a dime. So what do you think about that? You didn't do it, why you don't want no money? The explanation of chemical and product and if there may have been any problems or to that affect maybe they would have had that instead of telling me exactly that nothing is gonna happen. Could say that maybe small, maybe I might consider staying out of the house during the night just for a night. They were very prompt. They were here. They assured us that they would make sure that everything was done. That there would be no mold or mildew on the walls from the big fans they brought in. They explained to me everything they were going to do and how they were going to do it. They came in and they were very prompt. They did a fast service and an excellent service. They were very professional.
