I contacted Scott via text message in the morning to schedule an appointment for an estimate. He responded within 15 minutes and was able to schedule an appointment for the afternoon. Scott communicated well, arrived promptly and provided a more than fair estimate for the work to be performed. He was also able to perform the work immediately which was much appreciated. Scott worked diligently and efficiently to complete the work and asked me to check it and approve it. He was VERY concerned that I be satisfied with the results of his work. He listened intently to my wants, needs and concerns and didn't hesitate to ask questions and offer suggestions/recommendations. I found him to be knowledgeable about lawn care and more. Scott is definitely not just a guy with a mower - he actually knows and cares about what he's doing. I found Scott to be personable, courteous, intelligent and professional. I've asked to be added to his list of regularly scheduled lawn care customers. Additionally, Scott has agreed to create and execute a plan to revitalize my lawn and repair the damage caused by pests and drought over the last few years. I'm very happy and relieved to have found Scott's Lawn, Garden and Landscaping and would recommend him to anyone in need of quality comprehensive lawn care.
