+ 1 moreSan Martin remodeling worked on our home remodel for the last 5 weeks. They knocked down a load bearing wall to create a open kitchen/ living room. Removed all wallpaper and retectured kitchen and bathrooms walls. Repainted all cabinets, kitchen and bathrooms to furniture quality. New tile through out, new wood flooring/ base boards. New custom shower and tile walls. We purchased all new appliances, bathroom hardware, toilets. They installed all of that at no charge. Martin the owner was onsite almost 100% of the time and customized any of our requests without any issues. He and his crew were on time everyday. We initially came up with the budget and they performed everything requested, without going over budget. We had many request during the remodel and all were done. Martin and his team are men of integrity and are very proud of their work, they look at it as if it is their home. We will use San Martin remodeling for any work we ever need on our home.
Description of Work: Complete home remodel. Kitchen, Living Room, Bathrooms, and bedrooms. New Granite, tile, wood floors, cabinets, french doors, paint, baseboards. Also, knocked down a primary wall and rebuilt for an open kitchen living room.
