Had issues on time of job completion, have had to have air conditioning vent re-installed correctly, electrical work has had to be redone because fan controls stopped working and outside plug ins don't work, and outside lights were not installed correctly. Have had to get insulation installed in attic. Damage done to several appliances during the construction. I supplied all the fixtures that were installed, sink, toilets, paint, fixtures, cabinet knobs, disposal for sink, granite for new island. Electrician that reinstalled the outside lights, said he had never seen such poor electrical work. He had to run new wire. The workers that put up the sheet rock, painted, installed mouldings around doors, baseboards, windows, and concrete work, did a good job.
