+ -1 moreDan Kuykendahl bid on our job, it was a large job, we had to move out completely for almost 6 months. Everything that we asked to have done was done to spec. The job was completed on the day it was promised to be done, and it came in on budget. Communication was smooth throughout the entire project, if we needed something looked at during the warranty period Dan had someone at our house that day or the next. The worksite was always clean, the crews brought in always professional. We will do another addition soon, we will call Dan and not even shop a second bid this time.
Description of Work: We have an 80 year old house that was in dire need of updating, with the original tin roof. While leaving the original 1,000 square feet of the home alone and having to protected it along with the original oak floors, the old "country kitchen" was torn out and doubled in square footage. This required raising a floor 18 inches. The addition that was added in the 1980's (about 800 square feet) was almost completely torn down except for the foundation. A new and improve floorplan was laid out, the family room was added on to, the ceilings went from 6'3"'s to 18'. A new laundry room, master bath, outdoor kitchen, fireplace, and deck was added where none had exsisted before. Additionally a new roof, thresses, all electrical was updated, all old plumbing replaced, and new insulation was done.
