Roxie Comacho helped us out tremendously. We were in the area looking for a rental home prior to relocating to the San Antonio area for an assignment at Randolph AFB. Our search was beginning to feel very uphill as we were calling a different agent to view each home. I remember the woman who worked at base housing saying that Roxie is very helpful in assisting clients who want to rent (as well as buy). We gave her a call along with our criteria and she assisted us immediately with our search. She prepared two different lists (two different areas) for us to view online to decide if we wanted to view in person. After viewing the lists, she arranged for us to view 8 homes within a 24 hour period in a geographical pattern that eliminated unnecessary back & forth driving AND that worked with our schedules. She was very patient when we narrowed down to our two favorites and asked for a second viewing that took in excess of an hour. She even dropped off our application & security deposit for us since we had to leave town to make it home for an appointment. Also very quick to respond to phonecalls/texts/e-mails?highly recommend Roxie.
