+ -1 moreA little rough at first having to deal with Harris county permitting division which gave several different answers each time we called but Don our builder told us this would be expected just frustrating not to mention dealing with Counterpoint for main power. The build itself went very well with minimal flaws. The creativeness offered was beyond our expectations Kept us informed each week to not hold up project, more importantly, actually listened to our ideas and concerns, what impressed us most was he worked along aside his crew which gave us a lot of respect, never seen nor herd a owner now days do that. A special thank you to Don Flanagan and crew for making our dream home a reality. BBQ on us soon lol
