Great. I was a little skeptical at first because Juan's estimate for a job was much lower than the other 2 quotes we had received. I'm glad we took a chance on him. He is a good jack-of-all trades and I have hired him personally for stucco, drywall and interior painting as well as door and trim installation and window framing. Since then I have recommended him to 4 other people who have used him for various services such as exterior painting, TV mounting, flat roof coating and general clean up and handyman services. He shows up when he says he will and is honest and fair.
Description of Work: Trim Installation, Drywall repair and painting. Have also had him do stucco and framing work.
