+ -1 moreThey picked everything up, loaded it in the truck and got it moved from Milwaukee to Austin in two days which was good but they lost parts to my piano and the piano had to be sent out to a rebuild the parts and reassemble the piano. They offered me a $175 and I wouldn't take it until they ended up spending it out to get it repaired at a piano rebuilding shop.
Description of Work: I used Graebel Moving last July for moving service.
