 + 3 moreWe were referred to him by a relator about 11 years ago and we have used him several time since then. I used him to remodel my parents house before I sold it, he has remodeled our house and helped us with our floors several times. He has helped us with some water damage. We remodeled our whole kitchen this last summer and it was great. I can trust him and his guys. I can leave and I am good with that. He is really trustworthy. He has had the same crew working for him for as long as I can remember. He has consistent crew that always works for him. If there has ever been a problem he'll come right back and fix it. I never have a problem getting in touch with him. The toilet was making a funny sound the other night and I was worried it was going to flood because we always have water problems. I called him at 10:00 at night and he said well, I think it is probably this but I can come over if you want me to. I said no, it's alright. He was right. He is really good. I think he is pretty busy but he always seems to find time for us. He has a good work ethic, smart, college educated. He's just a really good worker and very trustworthy. If he gives a bid I know that it is on target. Everyday that they work in the house, they clean up everything. If they sawed anything, if they painted, they will sweep the whole room. They don't leave anything for us to clean up even if they are coming back the next morning. It is very considerate. We still live here, even if we are having construction done, we still live here. I'm sure he does that with everyone not just us. He is just a jack of all trades and if he doesn't know how to do something, he will refer me to someone that does. I have never had a bad experience with him ever.
Description of Work: I last used Bryan Cohen Contracting to remodel the kitchen. He redid all the floors in our house. He did a lot of carpentry work in our living room and our kitchen. Our last contact was a couple of days ago. He has painted the inside of the house. He constructed a bar in our kitchen. They did cabinets and redid our fireplace. He did all the floors in our entire house. They did some plumbing work in the kitchen, they had to change how all the water around for the remodel that we did.
