American Pest Control

This is the company that Betenbough Homes apparently uses to treat the foundations of the homes they are building in North Odessa. We purchased a newly built home in June. By October, we had been informed by an inspector with Terminix that the soil around our home was "infested with termites" which had made their way to the fence and were already destroying it. The Terminix inspector happened to stumble across the person who now owns American Pest Control, who was doing work in our neighborhood. He is the son of the founder of the company, and is trying to build the company's reputation in the area. He came over to our house and spent a great deal of time spraying our lawn and the area around our foundation. Then he sprayed our fence with chemicals designed to kill the termites... Each of these treatments was so effective that we have not seen a single bug since. Not just outside our home, but inside either! We will certainly be calling them in the future when we need more treatments... However, it has now been around 4-5 months, and we've seen no living things crawling anywhere near our house. The best part is that, since he was trying to build business for the future, he refused to charge us for the work he had done on our house this time around. It certainly worked in our case, as they will be the first call we make if and when we need future pest control.
